Copamex Corrugados invested in new production lines, increased capacity, a new ERP, and expanded commercial reach. The organization built the capability required to grow. The challenge shifted from creating capacity to capturing its full value—ensuring that people, machines, systems, and decisions could work together consistently as operations scaled.
The Execution Gap
As complexity increased, familiar patterns emerged: dependence on key individuals, friction between areas, reactive decisions, and difficulty maintaining consistency across sites. Leadership recognized that existing informal practices would not sustain the scale they had built toward. The decision was made to formalize execution across the organization through the Corrugados 360 initiative.
The Installation
